April Miller Boise is a C-suite executive and corporate board member with more than 30 years of experience. At Intel, she leads the corporate affairs, policy, integrity, trade and legal function, serves as a core member of the CEO’s leadership team, and is a key strategic partner to Intel’s board of directors. A respected voice in the corporate governance community, Miller Boise chairs the Governance & Nominating Committee of the board of Trane Technologies and is a frequent speaker on topics including board leadership, the evolving role of the Chief Legal Officer, global policy, and the intersection of technology, manufacturing and regulation. She is a passionate advocate for talent development and leadership and has mentored rising executives across a number of industries.
Early in her career, Miller Boise practiced corporate law on Wall Street and later led the largest office of an AmLaw 200 law firm as managing partner and a member of the firm’s executive committee. Her industry experience spans semiconductors, aerospace, power management, automotive, climate control, financial services, and oil and gas.
Miller Boise holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Business School. She is licensed to practice in New York and Ohio. She led a delegation of executive women to the United Arab Emirates to learn about the role of women in the Middle East and is a German Marshall Fellow.
